Pork Ribs and Brisket Marinade
We typically marinade ribs and brisket at least 12 hours before hitting the smoker.
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar 
- 1 can Dr Pepper (we used diet, I think we have sugar covered in the first item) 
- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar 
- 2 T Worcestershire Sauce 
- 2 T Garlic 
- 2 T dehydrated chopped onion 
- 2 T B&Gerk 
- 1 t smoked paprika 
- 2 shakes liquid smoke
