Seafood with B&Gerk
We love seafood! Most can be prepared in 20 minutes or less. The flavors B&Gerk bring it to an incredible finish
Lobster:
Halved or pulled from shell.  Butter the exposed meat.  Sprinkle with B&Gerk
Cooking, ~ 10 min for 1/2 lb tails at 425.
Scallops:
Pat them dry.  Sprinkle on B&Gerk.  Cook in non-stick skillet with butter at Medium Hight for ~4 minutes per side.  Let the skillet get hot if you want some caramelization
Shrimp:
Place deveined shrimp in a bowl.  Coat with olive oil and B&Gerk.  Let it sit for a few miunutes.  Cooking in a pan at medium high for ~8 minutes, or in a sauce,  either is wonderful
