Apple Pork Chops
This one I am working on. It is very simple and quick. I am going to change the ingredients slightly, in order to, well, remember what I am going to try next with it. This first version had cheddar cheese and no Dijon. It was OK, but I think It needs more.
Ingredients
Two pork chops. Use think ones if you want to stuff them.
1 green apple - chopped
1 onion - chopped
Swiss Gruyere cheese
1 t Dijon mustard
Coat the pork chops with B&Gerk.
Mix Onions, apple, and mustard in a bowl.
On medium heat, cook the pork chops.
On the flip, place cheese on the pork chop and cover.
Pull the pork chops onto a serving place, let them rest
In the same pan the pork cops were cooked in, turn up the heat to medium high, Sautee the apple mixture until the apple and onions until soft.
Place apple mixture on pork chops and serve
