Brandy’s kick-ass Fish Taco Coleslaw
We just love a good fish taco! In all of our travels and experimentation, one of the key ingredients is the coleslaw used. This one, Brandy has worked on for a long time, and brings fish tacos to the next level
Ingredients
- ¼ Red cabbage shredded 
- ½ Green Cabbage Shredded 
- 2 cup carrot sticks, 1 small bag from store 
- ½ cup fresh cilantro chopped 
- ¼ dehydrated chives 
- 1 fine chopped red pepper 
- ½ fine chopped purple onion 
- 2 cups Mayo 
- 2 T honey 
- 2 T Apple cider vinegar 
- 2 T melted coconut oil 
- 2 T B&Gerk&Mesquite 
- 2 T white sugar 
- ½ t smoked paprika 
- ¼ t cayenne 
- Lime juice from 1 small lime 
- Juice from ½ a can of small pineapple tidbits 
- Small can pineapple tidbits chopped 
Mix the ingredients in a large bowl. Let it chill in the refrigerator at least an hour
