Cedar Bay Crab Biscuits

I am sure there is a longer and more complex way to do this, but we bought a package of Red Lobster Cedar Bay biscuits, and, of course, modified it

Ingredients:

1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

1 cup sharp cedar cheese grated

2 t  garlic powder

1 t Italian Seasoning

1 pound lump crab meat

½ onion chopped

1 T B&Gerk

Preheat your oven according to the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix guidelines, 425.

Sautee onions, crab, and B&Gerk

In a mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, garlic, cheese, and Italian seasoning.

Add water or milk following the instructions on the biscuit mix package, and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.

Using a large spoon, drop  dollops of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake as directed on the biscuit mix package until they’re golden brown
