Ingredients:
Jerked pork chops
Pork chops
Flour
2T Butter
2T garlic olive oil
Mushroom Gravy
Packet of Pioneer GF brown gravy or your favorite
2 cups sliced mushrooms
¼ cup sherry
Sautee mushrooms.
Make the gravy per instructions. Add ¼ cup sherry to the boiling water for something extra! Once it has thickened, add the mushrooms and move the pot to the warming center
Dust pork chops with floor. Dust them again with B&Gerk. Melt 2 T of butter and 2 T Olive garlic oil in a pan. Cook the pork chops ~ 5 minutes a side in a frying pan
