Balsamic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

This comes together pretty quickly, and is a wonderful side dish!

Ingredients

  • Brussel sprouts - halved

  • 1/4 cup Garlic Olive Oil

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • B&G

Mix Brussel sprouts, olive oil, and parmesan in a bowl until all of the sprouts have a good coating. You may want more parmesan

Lay out the Brussel sprouts, cut side down, on parchment paper

Bake in oven @ 400 degrees, ~15-20 minutes

Remove from oven, sprinkle balsamic and B&G.
