Steak and Broccoli Stir-Fry

This is typically a meal we have when there is left-over steak. Having left-over rice is a bonus in time savings. This can be done in 20 minutes, and makes something wonderful and new with left-overs.

Sauce:

  • 1 T minced fresh ginger

  • 1 T minced garlic

  • ½ cup oyster sauce

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • 2 t sugar

  • 1 T toasted sesame oil

  • 2 t soy sauce

  • 2 t cornstarch

Base Ingredients

 Mix Sauce ingredients in a bowl

 

Slice the steak into thin bite sized pieces

If it is not already cooked, place it in a bowl, add 2 T olive oil and sprinkle with B&Gerk&Mesquite

Cook steak in a wok with 3 T olive Oil

Add Broccoli, toss for a minute or three.

Add Sauce, Toss until thickened.
